  • What are the amenities?

    The Blu Bellevue community offers residents an outdoor rooftop deck, 24-Hour ‘ClubBlu’ Fitness center, clubhouse, game room, courtyards, ample parking, BBQ area, and nearby natural walking/jogging paths. Learn about amenities here.

  • How do I apply?

    Select your floorplan, then click the Apply Now link on that page. In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A non-refundable application fee of $52 is required for reach person over 18 along with a non-refundable $300 admin fee. If you have questions, please contact our office for specifics before applying.

  • How much are deposits and what are the lease terms?

    Deposits start at $500. We offer 6-12 month lease terms based on availability.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during application process?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • Is there a park nearby?

    Yes, in fact one of Bellevue's nicknames is “The City in a Park.” There are many parks in the Bellevue area that you can enjoy including the Downtown Bellevue Park, Chism Beach Park, and Meydenbauer Park. Visit our neighborhood map for people and pet friendly parks nearby.

  • Does Blu Bellevue offer resident events?

    Yes, we do all sorts of fun things in our community! Yoga classes, pizza days, puppies and beer parties, to name a few. Be sure to follow Blu on Facebook and Instagram to see past and current events.
